Transpose in Scale Mode - not a bug but slightly unexpected behaviour because I'm stupid :)

Okay, this is totally my fault for being stupid but I thought I'd articulate it so that at least it was public.

The transpose function in the pattern editor is sensitive to the number of intervals in the scale so if you're working in the default Chromatic scale, it's 12 intervals to shift the pattern up an octave.

If you're in a scale with fewer intervals then you need to transpose by the number of intervals so a pentatonic scale would = 5 intervals per octave.

If 12 was still a full octave i.e.if there were still 12 intervals in an octave it would be possible to shift the pattern to notes that don't exist in that scale, in your chosen key, and by design Caustic hides invalid notes in the pattern editor and on the machines' keyboard itself.

Yes, confusing as hell, I

Yes, confusing as hell, I usually switch back to Chomatic Scale to do any transposing, then switch back to the key I'm working in and 'fix' all the notes that don't fit in that key.
