An important question for me

Good morning Caustic 3 comunity :)

I would like to ask a question. I am creating a collection of multi-sampled presets for the PCMsynth that I would like to sell on the playstore. All the sounds will be taken from VST that I own with a regular license, will be normalized, with autoloop and with small changes in order to improve saturation. Which steps should I complete in detail to complete the sale in a profitable and safe way?

Thanks in advance!

You can not sell good sample

You can not sell good sample packs if you don't know what people need. And I figured out, at least from my point of view, that caustic sample packs from Jason are useful mostly for learning. The sample packs from Mike however are perfectly correspond to the nois gate. So my advice is to ask on the forum what people actually want to learn, or what they want to hear when they buy their sounds. Then decide how many examples you wanna represent. If there is more then twenty presets, you can sell it by splitting it on two parts. One is free, and you place your best there with demo song that Is good representation of your sounds, and another is for selling and you place whole your work there. I don't know how Google things work. I think that your best bet is to sell loops for Caustic. That would refreshing after all those individual sounds.

So at the moment, I advise you to open a new topic with which I propose to the community which content would prefer and maybe post some demonstration presets?

PS: Sorry for my bad english

Well , you can create that

Well , you can create that topic in the content pack forum. I can not ask people what they want because what you do is your thing my friend, I just post my experiences with the application hoping that someone will use the things I learned just like everyone else.

I recommend you to use a

I recommend you to use a modular synth as an output all the time. When the output of modular synth, is the same as the out put on a mixer your sample is ready for the merge rack function, But remember that mixer contains two parts. Mute everything that you don't want to use. Turn of a reverb, a limiter a delay EQ, and mute mixer inputs that you don't use. This way you will save the processor speed and that means that your samples are audiable on most of the devices.
Good luck
