So I know Caustic for PC isn't supported, but I was hoping someone may know. on my pc all my samples are on an external drive, but I cannot navigate to "Computer" or out of the "C" drive for that matter. I tried the code I'd use on Android via the secret number pad, but that don't help. Any Ideas?
Thanks guys!
I don't have a pc but what about using the standalone version on your external drive where everything else is?
hmmm not a bad idea. let me give that a whirl

Why not just move the samples into your C drive? ._. I mean, unless your C drive is out of space, then I don't think I can help you there. D: BTW, you could try to reinstall caustic but on your external drive this time (using the installer, as shown here: http://prntscr.com/f3wp7i )
This is a slightly more technical solution, but have you considered using a windows junction point somewhere Caustic can access?
They're basically like a shortcut to a folder, but to the application (caustic in this case) it shows up as an actual folder despite really being a shortcut.
The drawback is they're a lot fiddlier than shortcuts - either you need to install something to make them, or use console commands. Additionally, of course, you'd need one for every directory (or at least drive) you wanted to access.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTFS_junction_point is maybe a good place to start reading, it has the appropriate command to make one and some further links.
(If you're not using Windows, then there will probably be an equivalent function for your operating system. I know for a fact Linux has them, but I don't know any details)
When you installed the portable version of caustic on the external drive containing your samples, did you activate the secret numpad code 76683477?
