On android, there is an app Music Speed Changer which uses Zplane Elastique.
iOS has other options, I use Hokusai editor.
Windows must have plenty of options.
Mmmmm... Did you try to stretch the track to match the vocals or vice versa? What i did:
I recorded the vocals, then while listening to the track in Caustic, I stretched the vocals in the provided wave editor until they were in sync. I took a chance and it actually worked - both sounds played simultaneously (Thank you Rej).

So I've got a question, since we are on this topic. Whenever I try and use the time stretch controls I can never understand how to change a loop's tempo to exactly what I want. I just don't get it. Can anyone walk us thru their process?

Are we talking about the time stretch feature within the wave editor, or the tempo change feature in the sequencer?

i know theres the time stretch option in caustc editor but i cant seem to match the vocals tempo
