On android, there is an app

On android, there is an app Music Speed Changer which uses Zplane Elastique.
iOS has other options, I use Hokusai editor.
Windows must have plenty of options.

Mmmmm... Did you try to

Mmmmm... Did you try to stretch the track to match the vocals or vice versa? What i did:
I recorded the vocals, then while listening to the track in Caustic, I stretched the vocals in the provided wave editor until they were in sync. I took a chance and it actually worked - both sounds played simultaneously (Thank you Rej).

So I've got a question, since

So I've got a question, since we are on this topic. Whenever I try and use the time stretch controls I can never understand how to change a loop's tempo to exactly what I want. I just don't get it. Can anyone walk us thru their process?

Not sure if I'm on the right

Not sure if I'm on the right track here:
Are we talking about the time stretch feature within the wave editor, or the tempo change feature in the sequencer?
