This website, for me at least, is starting to become fishy.

I think this website direly needs to be transferred to the HTTPS protocol, and if it is, there are some malicious things loading from some weird HTTP sources. I just clicked on a forum post from here in Google search a minute ago and was being redirected to a few suspicious sites one at a time in the same tab, but I closed them before they had any time to load. The warning "Insecure content blocked— this page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources" will not go away on Chrome's URL bar. I really wanna know the source of these scripts myself.

There shouldnt need to be

There shouldnt need to be workarounds. Dismissing this puts people who are unaware of the issue in danger. It needs to be fixed asap

I'm not dismissing, just

I'm not dismissing, just saying that there are some things that can't be fixed at this end. You always need to be cautious when following links from search sites.

I just can't keep explaining

I just can't keep explaining this, so if you don't feel safe, never use this site.

I have now forced https, working on some other things later this week. (The site always was https, just not forced)

BTW, as this is a public

BTW, as this is a public forum where users have entered "urls", there will be http links that will give a warning and not a green lock. You cannot do anything about this, other than disallowing http links which it's to late and not worried about converstion right now.

If you view source, you will see the http links that are still here are some old hardcoded links with google font, some other meta stuff. Once I get those out, the main site should always have a green lock.

When you go into the forum, you may then get warnings because of images or other links that were posted in the past.
