Is there a reason why the semi's only go +/- 6 semitones in the modular and the FM Synth? I wanted to experiment with 5th's and need to get 7 semitones up. To do this I need to add a machine input using the Subsynth and it eats up an extra machine which I didn't want to do. Is there a particular reason why they only go up 6 semi's or am i just not aware of something?

Try tuning the second oscillator up an octave, and then, five simitones down

I also knew that, it doesn't apply with the SubSynth or the PCMSynth as they have 12 Semitones
