Here it is for any takers. A pretty complete progressive house/ trance-ish beat consisting of 3 beatboxes with effects & automation intact. Anyone feel free to change or add to what's already done with the drums & FX. I made it extra easy to switch up the beats by putting in each pattern individually instead of stretching the repeating ones. If you change the title all I request is that you include "1998" in parentheses for the sake of easy identification. Hope you enjoy working with it, can't wait to see what happens!
BTW I'm also going to keep working on it until I have a complete song.
and on it good sir...I may throw some starters out there myself if you or anyone else want to add layers on something of mine. A lot of my unfinished ones are just sub-bass and pads, with no musical direction taken or mandated by the structure so you can do anything you can conceive over it, genre-wise...

Nice beat Andy, I think I'll have a go with it. We'll see if I can make something out of it :)
Alright! We are jammin
And yes RadioRev, definitely toss it back with some bass & pads or whatnot. This file is 100% open for business

I dig it, and think I may take a crack at it sometime soon. I really like the way you used the different effects and automation, well played sir.
Alright that killed my Saturday nicely, I'll upload it to soundcloud with your permission Andy, and here's the Caustic file for you to check out. Maybe needs a guitar solo instead of one of my synths in the middle?

Shit yeah you have my permission! I'm going to d/l this, then transfer it to my phone since my PC has been choking on C3 for some reason. Can't wait to hear what you've done!

I have been pegging away at my take as periodic breaks from long-term birthing pains on a project of my own. I wanted to let you know another versions coming, and also to say, dang. This drumtrack is sick, I really want to try and do something cool with it, and its got me sucked in now, shouldn't be much longer. thanks for posting this though collabing was just what I needed to shake my producers block finally.
Added some bass and a little atmosphere in the very back. The drums were amazing on their own. Had fun with it.
FYI - I uploaded my additions to the other '1998' thread.
