Forum user Laweffect made an excellent YouTube tutorial that sketched out a 30 second simple, swinging house groove.
I watched it and took the time to create it in Caustic note for note - thinking that it would be a good platform for a collab community track.
This version isn't identical to the tutorial - I swapped a Bassline for an FM Synth instead.
Anyone interested in taking it further?

I'll check it out tonight and see what I can do with it

Are you proposing any guidelines for this collab, or just whatever happens is fine?

Alright, I 'strayed' a bit from the mechanics of the swing house groove, but I think it still works with what you established.
Let's see what you think.

CR - I'll DL your version and see what I can do, this kinda fits with http://www.singlecellsoftware.com/user/2440 idea around having more foccussed collab projects to work alongside the Community Jam too

I would attempt it but i don't feel comfortable doing so.
There's this video on YouTube of a guy running the beer-mile. (Look it up). In the video intro, he says that he's only uploading the video if he succeeds in beating the beer-mile record. Obviously he succeeded as the video was indeed uploaded.
My point is you can give this a try, and nobody will know unless you upload something you feel like uploading. At least give it a shot? :-)
