Caustic/LoopStack records via device's mic, and there is no real way to control the input gain (device has default control of that for phone/videocam application)
So, in short, no; not at this time. For most recording application here, you won't need much input gain anyway, with the type of microphone used on these devices..... Now if I could hook up an AKG through a 300volt tube preamp, into a USB A/D into my Android gear..... that'd be a different story.....

Jason, the question is about LoopStack...
But the same answer applies. Android doesn't let us control input gain so you have to adjust by placing the mic closer or further.
