So after I lost everything and thought I would have do write everything from scratch I was having a play and this kinda fell out of the phone, bit of classic 12 bar blues...
2 beat boxes, one for the heads and another for the metal.
3 PCMs, one for bass, one for lead guitar and one for rhythm guitar.
1 organ, for the organ sound!
The rhythm guitar is the Dist Guitar preset using a band pass filter (on the pcm) to make the wah effect. Just playing all the notes of the guitar open chords. The lead guitar is the same preset as the rhythm guitar (dist guitar). Bass is the Electric Bass preset and the organ is Jimmy Blues. Drums are courtesy of Jason and his pocket kits.
Chill sounds;)
Crispy clear bassline~
Awesome-_~

This is super. Only 2 replies - bunch of musical know-nothings! ;-p

Very nice, do you plan on making a longer version?
Nope!

The track is completely throw away! Just felt like I should put it up somewhere rather than have it rot on my phone!

It fits a good commercial or intro of a show no need to be extended~

It's, also, great to hear someone else using the organ.
<did she say that?>

@ Andy: Lol, I believe that is exactly what she indeed said, sir.
@ Rob: This is super duper freaking cheeseball white boy blues, and it is awesome. I don't know what else to say other than if I was an old person with a small AC repair business looking for music for my new commercial... Dammit, I swear this is a compliment. My point is, it sounds good. It sounds well done, and not just thrown together randomly. I wonder if someone played with the velocity and timing, making super-small changes in every pattern, if you could get a more human, rootsy blues feel, like a live band, or if it just makes it sound less professional - I'm in the process of finding out right now, with a coincidentally similar track of my own. Also your bassline towards the beginning is smokin', whatever style of music we're talking about.
¿que onda, pachuco?
LOL, thanks, please you all approve! I think I miss playing guitar sometimes, need an outlet!

Nice one, RobF... A fun listen indeed.
I presume this is an OGG file and hence can't seem to play it?

Jason, if you're happy with the Pocketkit samples to be available I'll make the Caustic file downloadable.

Ok, thanks - maybe have to listen in a different browser or on pc. Unless you fancy throwing up the mp3?

This is pretty good. But it needs lazer gun sounds, record scratching and a dude randomly yelling "aaaahhhhhhh Ya!".
From the intro, I figured this was going to be a hillbilly track. I'm so let down now. Not that I didn't enjoy it ...
I like it.
This is anything but a throw-away track.
If you don't want it, put it out here and let it go viral.
