Nice beat and vox samples. This song got a nice atmosphere and you managed get a really good depth to the sound. The mix got a beautiful balance in levels and frequencies. Hat off…
thanks guys ...i used 4 pcmsynths 2 for vocal samples, fx, and the synth lead...1 for the deep pad...and one for the clav-ish sound, ..then 1 baseline for the fat base run through fuzz and chorus. and the beatbox which did double duty...used to trigger a synth hit and fx...some compression on the master.
there are 12 vocal samples ..2 are lifted from a song Deireadh An Tuath by enya...the rest i found online along with a few other sounds.
this started out as a piano riff based pattern..with base and drums..i ditched the piano...and built the whole thing on the base riff...i wanted it to have a sense of two oposing forces..one soft and ethereal the other dark...hence the name...these samples " we are all children of God" then the angry "no" were the deciding factor for the direction.
This is very original and expressive.... nice work...
So very cool. Really like the opening. Love that deep deep pad. Nice slow beats and a bassline that syncs very well.

Killer vibe in this track. The use of vocal samples is very well done & I like the non-linear beat. Original stuff!
