When Pan65 posted that his favorite machine was REALLY the Beat Box I had to agree. With all the cool presets being posted by skarabee, Andy Bones and gnashed, I'd been really having some fun. But knowing that made me realize I was going to have to do a song with NO BEAT BOX, and no drums, to challenge myself and get out the comfort zone. I started trying it with all subsynth but in the end it was the PCM that gave the sounds that worked best, although one subsynth preset by Jblann1 stayed and I ended up using two of his other PCM sounds and one by Audio Vapor. I really liked the mood of Rachel's 'Elves At My Door' remix which is melancholy yet hopeful. what else but music could express that? I tried to do something with that flavor with a different spin. I spent a lot of time mixing in Caustic because without drums it's very apparent where balance problems are.

The great Wardini is back, hmm sounds like an illusionist doesn’t it? Maybe that’s what you are, pushing Caustic in any possible direction with great success. Well I’ve heard a lot of tracks made with Caustic by now and I’m impressed what can be done with it and all those talented guys and gals making those tracks. But this is the most beautiful track I’ve heard so far. Very well done Wardini, from now on I’m devoted to be your al-Dabaran.
Almost forgot about WorryPad from TwistedSynthz I heard in there.
Wardini, this is certainly a side-step from your normal variety of grooves, and you have done quite well. I like this new flavor you created here.
