Hi everyone!
So basically, I made a new song. I guess it's a mix genre, mainly techno though, with some aspects of dubstep n shizzle. But I am quite proud of it, especially some of the sounds. I used 5 subsynths and a beatbox in this one.
Caustic file:
wow really very good.
Cool groove and automation on this one
This is really, great, love some of the sounds and effects you got going on, and the building groove, would you mind sharing the caustic file, would love to see how you made it, cheers
Thanks all!
@Fenster Yep! I was going to do that! I shall edit my first post with the link :)
Really enjoyed this composition of yours mniip.
Thank you very much for making the file available for study!
You always amaze me at the technical aspects of your songs. Did you study music theory? Or is this just a lot of listening and practice. Your breaks and melodies are very much towards the professional realm.
Do you perform live?
Mike
Thanks wardini, also, no problem!
Thanks mike, I am doing/about to finish my music GCSE... I'll be doing music technology at college though. Other than that, I am your average 16 year old who loves to make music :P
Well I wouldn't say average 16 year old when it comes to music man.
Keep it up, you have a future in it.
Mike
haha true :D
I hope it will be my future, definately.. i love it
Really good! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much for posting the caustic file. I learned a lot from it!
As Mike said, you've got a future that's for sure!
I'm glad you have bojeroo! no problem at all!

No problem Fenster! I'm glad my music is somewhat educational!

Awesome stuff, great use of compressors. Really useful as a tutorial in all things compressor related too. Thanks for sharing the caustic file.

@Fenster I don't mind that at all as long as it isn't a identical copy of it :P haha
@Bipidrbait cheers, it was not so long ago I actually found out what a compressor did :P
Really inspired me to write some tunes focussing on the sub synth. Hadn't really braved it until now but it's surprisingly easy to get some nice, warm house, techno patches pretty quickly :D
