I was requested for a guide. So here it is lol.
Basically you need a driving trance beat at 133-142bpm with hat on the offbeat, clap every two bars like beat, clap, beat, clap and a beat on every.... Well... Beat.
Your subbass should be offbeat or maybe even slightly before. Your choice. Your subbass should be two octaves, 1 and 2, the second should be quieter, it is only there to provide clarity. Make some rolling basslines on the same note (many tutorials for rolling basslines)
Make a chord progression in an instrument of choice like a pad or something, and make the subbass follow the rootnotes of that in the drop... for intro and outro the sub bass should be on the first chord's root note (root is bottom note... That's the only music theory I know lol...). The lead sound is also the chords, but arpeggiated... You can also add filler notes.
So intro: bass follows one note, and drop, bass follows root notes and the arpeggio of the chords comes in. Simple. Also don't reveal the full chords while the bass is on one note... (I'm rubbish at explaining anything...)
Usually my tracks are:
Bass and kick, bass on 1 note
Bass and kick, bass on one note, and also playing the first two bars of the chord progression
Bass and kick follow root notes and full chord progression played two times.
Kick dropped out, just bass and chords...
Breakdown with flutes and other random instruments I don't understand. :D the fun bit...
Buildup, lowpassing the lead, and building up... Without bass or kick
Then the last bit is everything lol, the sub, the kick, following root notes with the pad and arpeggio... Then I introduce elements from the breakdown and then outro (see intro)...
That was a horrid guide but perhaps somebody may understand it.
BTW... Imo the secret to euphoria is making the kick and sub sound as one, (so instead of 'kick bass kick bass, it sounds like kick kick kick kick) so you need a long decaying kick (not too long though.)
Basically, you don't want to hear the sub bass being offbeat, you want to hear the bass, not the offbeat. Oh I make no sense I give up.
Peace.
This is a bit like that!

Rob great track, nice drumbeat and ambience. But I wouldn't call it uplifting trance since it doesn't fit much into the guidelines of the genre (this isn't a bad thing, but it's probably closer to ambient house or sometjing similar.)
This is my latest uplifted :)

It's different from the final project but only because it has no stutters and uses the Tanger one extra time than the actual song... Do what you want :)

I like your track :D Although I'm more of a psytrance person, especially dark psytrance. Maybe you can do a guide on those next?
