.SF2's - SoundFonts

Took Rej's advice with his interview with Musical Android.com. Searched .SF2 Soundfonts... There is a lot of sounds on the net. The place I always checkout is BeatProduction.net for wav's. Soundfonts also have a lot of sound for the Pcmsynth! Thanks' Rej!!! I knew I can use Fl Studios .SF2, but I never gave it a chance! .SF2's highly recommended people! Add a little reverb & delay, its on! winkyes

All I gotta say is..... you get what you "pay" for..... be aware....  Hahaha I'm real anal about the free samples out there..... but yeah, SF2's will load right up and go, but some loop points may be off...

Ive got loads, when I get a chance I will .zip and put them in a Dropbox for you all.

I was talking to Andreas Grassier, the producer of gstomper and he has just released a powerful new synthesizer ,I mentioned that the pcmsynth in caustic reads soundfonts and he has promised to try and make his new synth create soundfonts for Caustic etc, exciting  times musically at the moment ,thanks Rej for making my favourite app..

The soundfonts I've collected

The soundfonts I've collected exceed 8gb, and there are a ton that don't seem to play nicely with Caustic without some tweaks. And then there the mislabeled sub instruments... But at minimum I would definitely suggest Evanescence 2 and WeedsGM3.

The new G-Stomper synthesizer

The new G-Stomper synthesizer is spectacular!

It just sounds great and it is real fun to play with.

Think the two synthesizers for Android that just puts your brain in creative overdrive is the Modular and and the new VA-Beast (G-Stomper).

(Guess you could call Virtual ANS a synthesizer to... which makes me very excited to).

Today am doing a semi-review of the Beast. (18:december).

RIght now it is standalone with midi functionality but will be incorporated later into G-Stomper.

It is great news that if it can create Soundfonts to be incorporated into Caustic as I will be using it a lot!

There is a demo to try if you are curious.

Good news and exciting times for sure in Android musicland!

Do it!

Do it!

It is one of the best you can get... but I think you already have G-Stomper and in February it will be incorporated.

But then again in the Standalone version ypu have all the patches with up to four of a long lists of effects saved as patches and with midi compatiibliity that will be expanded upon.

Personally I do love that synth!

I was wondering if anyone

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good ones; it looks like I have 40 or 50 soundfont files on my PC and I'm guessing maybe ten are actually useful/unque.

Evanescence 2 and WeedsGM3...

Evanescence 2 and WeedsGM3... Sorry to sound a bit redundant but you get a lot of quality sounds within those soundfonts.

Hi. I'm experimenting with

Hi. I'm experimenting with some soundfonts (strings) from here:
http://the-filmmusic-group.deviantart.com/journal/Soundfonts-of-Sonatina...

I installed also Polyphone soundfont editor on Linux so I can edit my own soundfonts. Well, firstly I have to learn how the program works, hehe: http://www.polyphone.fr/

The Sonatina samples are here: http://sso.mattiaswestlund.net/

Saludos :)

I had to buy VA Beast as well

I had to buy VA Beast as well. It is one of the few synths I liked enough to pay for. Nick Copeland's synths are also pretty nice.

@TheZEROProject - I happen to

@TheZEROProject - I happen to also like the Nick Copland synthesizer collection can create wave files to use with caustic 3, I got them all but my favorite one of them Usonic v synthesizer was removed from the android market, that wasn't fair because I brought the app.

I emailed Nick Copeland about the issue he still hadn't replied back to me. If you still have the Usonic v synthesizer apk can you please email it to me? If so I'll send you my email.
