My third attempt at this genre, this one came out quite well...
Bass, chord progressions, piano melodies, violin notes, string and choir additions on the second drop, build ups to die for... The arpeggio is custom this time in that I didn't use the modular plug-in and instead created my own little sequence. I did this because it was played on a sawsynth so I old have used up a slot for a mod machine input but nah. Save the slot, make a custom arp.
I went pretty crazy here as you may gather, and I used the tremolo to add interest for the addition of new sections.
The piano sound is 'piano bold' by audiovapor heavily eq'd in caustic several times and exported to pcmsynth instrument, so it was a clean high piano at the end of it, I eq'd out the piano thud too.
I even put up some tempo automation...
I would like people to remix my track if they're up for it, and if not, then give me little feedback, I've got nothing but a few people at most when I post my stuff.
Thank you. Hope you enjoy the track.
BTW the post below with the caustic file can serve as proof of ownership if plagiarism happens... (paranoia, eh?)

I did give many listens about 7 hours ago and did so many listens because I was comparing it to the Valley song. It wasn't so much awakened riffs but dream riffs on this. What got me amazed was the energy in some spots which are the build up releases. I was like. What? Caustic can do that!? Ok that's just amazing... Check your mail too.
Good trance! Would seamlessly integrate in an actual melodic trance set.
The emulated volume fader action doesn't always sound good for me...
At 2:18 i like the fader pattern, but I think its too loud, it has more power than the following song with unmuted bassdrum.
At some other places that fading seems misplaced or delayed some millisecs... i don't know...
The song would easily work without that

Thanks for feedback! Appreciate it.
OK I see what you mean with I, but I wanted some irregularity in the song, and the tremolo doesn't sync up to the beat because it just doesn't. So it's different every time...
Some trance has some beats that are off Tim completely on the build up, which is very interesting and perks interest...
But I am considering your comments.
BTW how can it be too loud if it cuts volume?
Thanks for the comment!

Aah.. is it the new tremolo effect? I didn't try 3.2 yet.
Your last one is a good question..May be the baseline gets louder due to sidechaining (while bassdrum is muted..rest becoming louder) Maybe the bassline acts like a deeper bassdrum through the quick tremolo effect ... It feels to me more powerful than the following section with regular bassdrum.. I don't know what it is.. If it was my song I would not be satisfied with that part...

Nice sound;)
I haven't try the tremolo fx and wouldn't known if there is a way to sync it to the right bpm but there might be a way...
Also I have to agree with with EKT,there are times when the bassline fades away and comes back to full power again...(which sounds a bit too harsh).
Other than that,it has great melody structure and well balanced spectrum;)

As I said on an unrelated thread by accident XD
I know why this happened now, I had the offbeat sub bass and then followed by full sub bass. I knew this sounded off but I left it as is.
Thanks for that feedback and I will be sire to think about it for my next track..
Once again thank you, if there is any songs you want me to check out or yours, just say and I will.

L!feup: as with Flangers and phasers, there is no way to sync it to the beat, the Lfo is always on while the song is not playing... So each result is different... the bpm sync is correct and spot on but the Lfo doesn't reset when the song starts again, it continues where it left off if that makes sense...
Experiment with it. It has nice results for trance especially... As I shown here...
I'm going to work on a new trance track now :).
Hopefully better, I need to learn some music theory too...
