Dope but too long....I use modular to glide all machines with poly 1...drop them to c2 up to c5 ....u CN do it anywhere on da track....by plotting modular riff on da specific space u want da effect to happen
No edgy is right, this is the best way to do it and it doesn't take longer than to rig a modular. Check out the file I include with this reply... Eazy peazy :)

Export the part of your track you want to slow down as a wav
Import that wav into a new PCM synth
set ploy of PCM to 1
Set up a glide, starting at c4 and finishing lower, at say c2.
Adjust length and speed of glide to taste.
Also useful for reverses. Maybe for scratch effects too, but I've never tried.

Nah, I don't agreed. Some things need to be left for creativity. It may be that techniques like this is what makes your tracks stand out from others.
