If I'm understanding what your trying to do, a way you can is by exporting 4 or 8 bar mixdowns into the pcm or beatbox. If you apply effects to the entire machine it will effect all sounds you put in it unless you use the wav editor to apply effects individually or use a lot of automation on the effect applied to the entire machine.
Here is an example. The slot with the guitar sound in this one, each sound can be exported individually and loaded in each slot like the string chord progressions, or you can export an 8 bar mix like I did here combining them. You just have to make sure the mix is right. My mix is not right in this one but it's just an example. I hope how I'm trying to explain it makes sense.
Within Caustic? No, but you can do it with any other decent wav editor.
