I just found a better version of the "guitar' synth". The preset's called EDM flute. All you have to do get the Gaga sound is to click the release and decay twice and turn up the sustain. And add some chorus too (the depth should be at 12 o'clock, the rate should be at 9 o'clock, and the waveform should be 2 diamonds with a line).
