This first one is stePH's production of Monsters and Magical Girls in the bpm of 225 because I liked it very hardcore, this one only probably.

Wow, dude, I... um... wow.
Doesn't seem that much faster though... the original tempo was pretty fast to begin with... what was it - 180?
The metallic crashes are kind of grating to me, but I do like the extensions to "Loving Thrills".
"In The End" is next as I watch the time by as the pendulum swings. It will have extra verse lyrics, this guitar effect I found by experimenting just once that sounds like flanging and can be done with audacity's time and pitch shift tool it comes with, and to do it would involve 2 tracks/channels and 1 (0.05) or (0.5) shift value.
I'll keep the remixed songs for now. There's 7 in total to remix.
Oh and lastly. The previous BPM was 188.
Hobby Lobby is third up in the line.
I actually added extra rap lyrics at the end of the bridge to "In the End" - they're actually recycled from earlier in the song but they're not present at that point in the original song. I thought it would be a good way to lead into the final chorus tho'.
I'm looking forward to hearing what you do. And I'm flattered that you think my humble shit is worth bothering with.
... oh, and when you finish a track to your satisfaction, put it on Soundcloud or teh YooToobz so I can link to it please.
Since it has more than one song from other commercial artists. I probably can't be putting it on the Yootoobz due to high rate detection that it has.
I definitely should Soundcloud it because it is more stable.
The songs will be reloaded again later for equalizing because I find the highs are very flat.
SoundCloud still has detection (speaking from experience). You aren't very active on youtoob BTW. (Neither am I)

All my SoundCloud tracks are also on teh YooToobz. I've gotten copyright notices on a few, but all have been allowed to stay up as the rights holders have elected to monetize the videos and collect revenue from ads that sometimes run before them.
I'll just let the songs be. Up next is Hobby Lobby.
Hobby Lobby is really funny near the ending section with the "You are all a bunch of controlling cocks". It was effective.
I'll just fill in the playlist and tell that it's complete. I just thought I should give you an update that the third one was done. I'll back off for now.
I'm enjoying this (it's a bit of an ego stroke after all
). I liked the "In the End" remix, but not as much as the "Monsters and Magical Girls" remix (again I love how you expanded and riffed in the "Loving Thrills" part). Now to hear "Hobby Lobby".
...right, I used Shael Riley's instrumental (pitch shifted to better fit my vocal range) in Audacity, but I uploaded the acappella as a .caustic file; that's what you used.
Fun stuff!
I find that it is really difficult to remix the songs into something else completely because of so many midi notes and patterns it's complicated music.
The bpm can't really be changed on everything. But anyway I'll upload them Sunday night or Monday.
I'm done, but the complication kind of constrained my creativity. It was kind of dancey, and I should have saved my energy, but I learned something new in the process. StePH music is hard to sculpt and comb filter really makes things stand out like vocals and everything else too. It works well on the master insert effect as well sometimes.
I already used the comb filter before though.
I've now completed in total:
Monsters and Magical Girls |
In The End |
Hobby Lobby |
Psapp - Monster Song |
Trooper |
Penguin |
and last but not least...
Decade (10 Years Euphoric Anthem) |
I should upload to my drop box and put them here instead of making it go on streaming services. I'll do it later though.
You'll soon enjoy these for a moment. I didn't really enjoy the process, but it's finally going to be ready for showing.
"The Trooper" is a remix already. You remixed my remix? How meta.
I'm especially eager to hear what you did with "Decade" since it's the one that is all my own.
One more to come, right? You said eight tracks.
I changed my mind I'm now uploading to Soundcloud. Get ready.
I can't do minerals and wrong number. I just don't feel like remixing. :/
...
There, they are up now.
...
I got an idea. I'll make 1 song in the design of a Cutie Honey Boss Battle to get back into gear.
LOL, you watch much Cutie Honey?
Well I only watched the 2 hour german version and went through. I didn't remember what I heard though as the music.
I made this song by building off of the M&MG CH section. Just went with whatever I put into it.
I put an optimized sub bass and it distorted the song but I went with it. Distortion is good in this one. It adds some intensity.
#215BPM
I didn't get to produce it right, but at least the streaming of it is ready.
Would that be the live action movie directed by Hideaki "Neon Genesis Evangelion" Anno? That movie was awesome.
But here's the intro to one of the cartoon series versions, that uses the version of the theme that I adapted to "M&MG"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iKpEYyTZlo
(also the theme is in the movie at about the 7:15 mark)
