Apps to copy/cut/paste wave

Hi,
When my song is almost finished on Caustic, i would like to modify it a bit with a software to cut/copy/paste parts ... on windows. For exemple Audacity is very good but i need to see the rythme to know when copy/cut/paste. Ableton Live does it but it's a big software and i don't need all stuff and it's not free.
Do you have something in mind ?
Thx

Audio evolution mobile and

Audio evolution mobile and reloop will let you arrange your loops and i think audio evolution mobile lets you chop waves,I am not sure though as i have only had aem a few days.
They both let you see waveforms as far as i know. Both of these apps are available for android.
Hope this helps:}

Yeah I just checked the

Yeah I just checked the description of audio evolution mobile. It allows linear non destructive editing which basically means you can edit and undo.Costs about £5 and for what you get its the best available on the market.Have fun!

I can confirm AEM does have

I can confirm AEM does have sample slice capabilities. You should be able to zoom in enough to see your beats (pinch zoom) then place a cut down to split the sample. You can then copy/paste your clips using the menu functions.

Thx Rej,

Thx Rej,
Yep i know AEM, some days ago someone (maybe you) has talked about this app. Unfortunatly, it's hard to make sample, yes i can zoom but i know that programs are automatic and detect tempo (but i've just found pro program). Uloop is good but we can do better with Caustic ;)

id go with propeller heads

id go with propeller heads recycle if you are looking for bpm detection.
just use it to detect bpm not slice as
not everything reads .rex files.
that with audacity should do what you need.Recycle is available for mac and pc

Is the reply form giving you a captcha every time you post? Is it giving you a captcha when logged in? I just need to know if I have to adjust some settings.

BPM Counters free on Android

There are several manual bpm counters on android, the one by Niko Twenty is what i am using, just loop your beat and tap in time to your music. This will only give you a ruff bpm but considering caustic only increases in 1 bpm increments it should be precise enough, just tune your samples in the pcm synth for a tighter fit if needed.
Tube Tempo BPM is the one by Niko

Thx but it's not what i need.

Thx but it's not what i need. I know the tempo pf my song ... you choose it in Caustic. Not easy to explain in english ;) In fact i wanted a program that put marker on the tempo, or on 1/2 1/4 1/8 tempo. After that you can select easily that part to make copy/paste. Like in AbletonLive

Got to 1:27

You could always save times

You could always save times using a calculator, once you see how long a loop is in audacity ,if it was one bar for example, you could divide by,8,16,4,32,etc to find out how long each piece is,thats hoping they dont use swing or shuffle lol.
When using an s900 samplers in the old days we used to use maths and our ears for editing,no waveform display back then!
I wish you luck
