From what I've been exposed to.... dubstep seems to take on many different forms and tone, depending on the artist, and their imagination to maintain "their sound".
Your groove there is thick and heavy... good foundation, just build on it... and maybe "wobble" your heavy bass lead that is the foundation to your track.... I would suggest using BandPass filter, Reso all the way down, and set up an LFO for it and automate the intesity in and out.
