Hey does it contain the feature where you get to import an audio/acapella and sync it with the project bpm and make beats around it (remix)?

No, this is making rhythms and melodies and remixing. There is not even real-time time stretching in Caustic (very CPU intensive if you have other DSP going on).
Although an interesting thing would be to allow a wav to be loaded and sliced/chopped up, that might be an addon some time.
Your interface looks really slick. I like the 3D rotations.
