I don't think that anybody can really copyright the sound of the individual one shot drums sample of a drum kit, because if that was the case the creaters wouldve been the richest in the music industry, or for example behringer wouldn't been able recreate or clone the TR08-808 or even Rev wouldn't been able to add the 808 samples in caustic, so I'm pretty sure that anybody can't copyright one shot drums sounds, except if you trying to resell a drum kit sample pack as it is or the same way as as you bought it, meaning with the same name of the pack and with the same name on the one shot sample, like for example if you buy a drum kit and the drum kit its called (the Mira signature drum sound kit) well you can't resell it, as it is with that same name, plus the names of each one shot drum sample, like for example, if there is a kick name the (Dark Kick),,,, in some other words, it's not the sound of the one shot sample that's copyright, it's the name, so basically if you switch the name of everything and resell the pack well it shouldn't be any problems when it come to the one shot drum kit, because the single one shot sound sample of a kick,snare, hihats ect cant be part of copyright agreement !!!
