Weird metallic noise in samples from youtube?

When I convert to wav from youtube, the first maybe two minutes are fine, then this buzzing sound starts to happen? any idea why and how to stop this? Also if a sample is 48 khz, it has a weird time stretching thing happen, so I jus lightly saturate it and it resamples to 47, no fix for this buzzing tho, anyone sperienced this?

This is the result of loss

This is the result of loss-ful compression + badly written decompression algorithms.

However, that's to be expected when using YouTube as source.

I almost thought you said;

However, that's to be expected when using Google as source.

Hmm, must have been a ringing in my head. :)
