Keeping Caustic Alive 2020

I'm the great trap producer J.Fresh45 also known as Juiceonthebeat. I been using caustic since it was just caustic and I tell u everything the team gave us is perfect. I've made so many bangers some sound better than my Fl Studio beats. U really can't compare caustic u got an idea u can get right to it if you're a pro. Hopefully y'all see this message and share caustic blow it up cause it's so much better than fl mobile. Don't give up on this Rej. I will be uploading new projects in the days to come. I have an iPhone now always had galaxys and I've spend about 100 on single cell software sounds is there any way to tranfer them to iOS? I will be on standby hopefully we can blow this thing up even more like my dogg s.fleks he's like the biggest thing out using caustic 3, we shared a few tracks....don't give up on this masterpiece of a daw.

I agree. I stumbled upon

I agree. I stumbled upon caustic back in 2013. I thought it would be something fun to mess around with since I've always liked synthesizers but had no clue how they work or any formal music training whatsoever. Within a year or so I couldn't believe how simple yet powerful this software is. It was so exciting to me that I could learn so much in such a short amount of time. When it was upgraded to 3.0 it was another huge step forward and it seemed like more and more people were discovering what I had. Unfortunately it seems like it has been forgotten as far as updates or improvements. I still use Caustic everyday as it is my hobby but I hope that others feel as passionate about it as I am and because of that there would be new additions or updates to keep it fresh. Sorry for the long rant but I just wanted to fully explain why I feel the way I do.

Agreed

I've created, mastered, and published tracks for commercial release using nothing but Caustic.

Incredible when you think about it.

You can find my tracks on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon... wherever.

Just look for them under my name: Brian McCalla.

I use Cubase Pro mostly anymore only because Caustic hasn't been updated for some time, but I still use it to try out new ideas and get things started, often.

Very few programs like this for Android. Too bad it's not being supported and grown.

I've attached one of my early ones that I like quite a bit to see if it sparks any interest.

Enjoy!

Long Liv The C3Family

You said it bro. Caustic is capable of some pretty amazing s@+! - I have always wanted to be able to create music but never really had the means to do so. Words cannot describe the positive impact it's had in my life. I love this app and I for one will always support and respect the true members of the Caustic Family. So much potential

I felt early on that this app had the ability to liberate a lot of people without the means to own dedicated PCs, DAWs, plugins, etc... because it gets the basics down so well with such a small processor footprint and price point. That's why I published a bunch of tracks that I made using just it - not that they're any good - but to at least show what it is capable of from a technical standpoint. Add in now what he's done with the Mastering app (which obviously works with more than just Caustic) and for like $10 you really have a viable music production system. Incredible.

I've been working on a project using Caustic and hope to publish some details about it eventually. With any luck, it might just breathe some new life into our beloved little program. :)
