Caustic file welcome for C3

Hey,

As a developer, somedays seem majical and you walk right into the pot of gold.

You are no longer restricted to 8MB on posted .caustic file size, keep the sharing up!

It's up to Rej if he wants me to lower the limit but right now its at 80MB.
