This I created with another program. Took an original 808 bass hit, and modified the tail to bring out the fundamental tone......fatten it up so to speak. This is a beggining way the big guys do this with bass sounds like this in music that features it. This is one of the sounds featured in my tracks and experiments as heard on my SC page

I recommend using a compressor on this track AND at the end of the Master track to make sure this is balanced throughout the song. higher notes (hitting frequencies above 80hz and especially 120hz and up may appear to be "too loud" -- not pleasing to the ear or your mix -- but that's another lesson for another day)
