a piano composition

its still chaotic in the middle but it works well enough with and adds enough to the ending that im willing to share it as is. so im not done but whatever. ive had a lot of piano only songs made on caustic. still kicking myself over the accidental erasing of the only good ones. i just wanna get one out there.

anyway. here it is

https://db.tt/nN2BmcOv

i think technically i have permission from audiovapor to share the .caustic file but it was vague and i also asked about wav and mp3 files so i dont know. zvon was waaay more specific but im an anxious person so even the word demo in a preset makes me wonder 'is it i dont know'.

ANYWAY again. thats why no .caustic file. id like to do a machine replacement with the m1 from eip but it opens the door for more variety and strangeness so i dont just wanna replace them. wouldnt do the instrument justice.

yyyyyup. enjoy.

Sounds nice, I like the feel

Sounds nice, I like the feel you created here with the different piano sounds rolled together....

FWIW, There is "The Caustic Piano" PCMSynth preset available here on SCS presets section.  I made it, you can share it....  I want ot go back to it someday and redo it, and make different configs and mic positions etc.... if I can get to that project and gear of course.....cool

Rej, as a sort-of feature request, perhaps it is possible when creating a PCMSynth preset, to offer a "sample lock" function that keeps individual samples or the whole library of samples contained within that preset, to keep it preserved for those who wish to keep it under wraps.... Me, I'm not so picky, but others like AV or ZP I'm not sure....

forgot also. av seems pretty

forgot also. av seems pretty open about it but like i said i cant be sure still gotta ask specifics. and zvon is super strict. i asked them also and they said strictly speaking the policy does not allow for sharing even  songs using the presetsin mp3 and wav format etc BUT promptly gave me that permission and said demo sounds were okay for .caustic files but paid presets were strictly case by case and need approval. so...ASK BEFORE SHARING ESP WITH ZVON.

all that said thank you jason (it is jason right?) for not being so uptight about it. even though i understand why some people are. it is a business after all.

I'll reiterate:  Any song

I'll reiterate:  Any song containing any EIPSO presets Free or Paid is OK to post and share.... I have no issue with a few of you nabbing a few extras once a while.  It's all good and I want to hear what you all make with them; that means more to me than any $$$ anyone may have paid for them cool

Just want to clarify that it

Just want to clarify that it is OK with me to share any song created with my sounds, both demo and paid presets, that is shared as a MP3, wav or any other audio or video format.

It is when shared in the Caustic song format that I want users to ask me first for the paid presets.

I will likely give the permission and I will not go after any one who does not ask first.
