I had a hard time getting a clean Rhodes sound and if you turn up the track you can hear it get a little distorted. There was also some buzzing introduced for the bass notes as well as the Guiro percussion effect sounding really bad when I uploaded the song to Soundcloud. I almost did not post it after hearing the sound quality online.
I have run into similar problems. Changing player, device, headphones or stereo makes tracks sound different every time, it's made me freak out frequently. I can only imagine how they sound on other people's players.

Monitor boxes or a reference-class headphone and a good soundcard make things a lot better, for this issue.
When you have a headphone for around 300$ with a most linear frequency response its a start. Many headphones and boxes are boostet in the low frequencies for example. A balanced sound ist best for producing imho.
Thanks jblann. I am sure that is what is happening. I have been tinkering around with sound levels but I still hear slight clipping in this track but only in maybe two spots and only when I am wearing my headphones and have it turned up.
Smooth Matt
I´m wondering what this waiting room may look like atm (=
Tasty.
nice...J
Good vibes, maybe a bit sharp sometimes? I could definitely spend more time in that waiting room.

I liked the smooth groove of the track, it had a laid-back feel to it.

Check synth or bb volume (not the mixer ) make sure youre not clipping. Sometimes insert fx will clip if too strong signal from the synth....
