KSSynth Preset upload enabled

Hi,

I have enabled the KSSynth upload for those that want to contribute some new presets for the new machine.

Remember, its easy, just use the Right side block "Navigation" -> "Add content" -> "Caustic Preset" link to add presets to the site.

I have also added an easy link on top of the preset page that says "Add preset" for those that can get lost on the site's navigation. smiley
