'MEM6116' with delay feedback lead sound

Caustic Song file (optional):

Here is a short track i made in the train.

The lead sound uses one of my favorite tricks (made possible thanks to the modular synth) :

fm with multidelay feedback, it provides a quite unstable sound because it has 'memory' in the feeback loop. I uploaded the song file so that you can have a look.

This is an addictive track.

This is an addictive track.  You've got a great mix of clean & dirty sounds.  Percussion:  metallic hits are nice and bright.

The ending is pretty cool.  Like the downward spiral with the pitch, and then the one last resurgence of the main hook.

Good work.  I can see people having fun doing remixes for this.

I am stunned how Caustic

I am stunned how Caustic achieves to work without a glitch when i add so many things, including automation... everything realtime on a simple Samsung tab II

Still, i feel like it lacks structure... maybe an ambient part in the middle. Anyway it was great fun to play with the automation !

without looking at the file

without looking at the file (yet) I guess you may have routed the audio from multiple machines through one Modular and it's internal FX to give you that much control of the sound in the Master Mix. Sounds like some very heavy bitcrushing near the end but I'm interested to understand the way the machines were linked. Probably a job for tomorrow night smiley
