Caustic Song file (optional):
Work in Progress but would like some feedback.
I also used chordbot to spice up the chords.
I am on a crash course music theory rampage and this is the very 1st attempt at some music. I used just the basics. Going to start watching some videos on all the machines that I have no idea how to use yet :)
Awesome first start for beginning to learn music theory. Caustic is a powerful yet easy tool to quickly learn and visualize music and how it is put together.
Great start for you, welcome to the community.
A good track to start in CAUSTIC. I will expectantly at their future productions. Welcome :)

Not half bad for a first time effort! (much better than mine!) - perhaps a little more subtlety (volume difference in notes maybe?), in the drums but otherwise i like it :) Some brave changes of direction of the music, which work ok*. :) Welcome.

Thanks. It is a real treat to have found this program and forum! I truly appreciate all and any feedback.
As for volume adjustments should this be done by note or is their a better method ? Still learning. Either way thanks again
Much better than any of my early efforts and musically it's already way ahead of anything I make,
I get a bit of clipping around 01:00 but the production and mix will come with practice - I would tweak the note velocities individually, an alternative is to use a velocity sensitive midi keyboard.
I would also experiment more with the EQ and FX settings to add colour and / or texture

This is amazeballs for a first attempt with caustic. I love it!
I need me a signature.
Very good start!
