Hammersound is a very old site and may not be supported at this point, seems like its just there for convenience...... There are better options out there anyways, bit don't get me started.....
Whether it's outdated with a few broken links or not it's still a free sample library as requested and still hosts some (but not all) respectable sounds.
Dat just means hammersound is no more than a vintage website! The dinasour of free samples! If the quailty don't suck then the quantity will. But vintage!!!!

I dug up some old soundfont files to try with the PCM synth and have found it works with the FluidR3 GM soundfont nicely which i a massive sound font with loads of natural sounding instruments in it. You can chose which instrument you want as the soundfont loads and i'm guessing it doesn't load the whole thing multitimbral style or it wouldn't fit in the ram left on my phone! Really useful for a nice pool of instruments to dip into. You can get it here:

Rhythm lab has some samples of the Vermona Analog Drum Synth that I use an awful lot - some monster kicks and great tippy, tappy snares.

How can I use the files of 99sound in caustic?
The file I get is a .bin file and I don't find any information how to use it.

Every sound is an overstatement but hammersound is definitely the place to get authentic source material. I'd like to see more PCM packs uploaded as soundfonts. I like how they are neatly contained in the little bundle.
