Does it sound choppy/clicky?

Does it sound choppy/clicky? I've had that problem before and sometimes if I tweek the velocity slider on the last note/beat it can make it a smoother meet.

If it's the melodies that sound bad try looking up some scales. Minor pentatonic is fun

I took a look at it. Some of

I took a look at it. Some of the machines are in different keys. Some are in minor, others in major. I put them in the same key and used what you made and put it in a sequence. I put it in minor because the bass line is minor. It can be put in major. The FM synth is in major and in a different key. I put it in the same key as the bass line. Or you could transpose the bass line and put it in major. You can even modulate from minor to major and to different keys. Or you can keep your track in the same key. I hope this helps.

Members here sometimes upload their caustic files. There are a bunch on this forum. You may want to go through and take a look at them. It will help you study others patterns, notes and modulation in sequencing. Then you can developed your own unique techniques. Trust your ears if it doesn't sound right. Move the notes and patterns around until they do:)
