Need Help Coveeing some Game Tunes

Hey guys. So, I'm new to Caustic (and, for that matter, audio sequencing in general), so I am sort of in need of some assistance with covering some tracks from an old PS1 game of mine, Syphon Filter. These songs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNeHjojXa4A&index=7&list=PLUSVaejtkOBc7v... and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHWsxl-gnNQ&index=19&list=PLUSVaejtkOBc7... in particular. I have a few ideas as to what I would need to do, but I don't really know how to go about doing them... I mean, I can't even tell what BPM the tracks are composed in :0.

The only thing I can

The only thing I can reccomend is before trying to make a cover of something, get good at making your own music, I still suck at mine, so when I tried covering a song by linkin park is was horrible

taking things apart, and

taking things apart, and reassembling them, makes for good learning. thing is, you have to be able to really understand what you are taking apart. I would poke around the show and tell forum, find songs you like, and ask the user if you can remix it. having a caustic file to look at will go further towards teaching you song structure and such, imo.
