More a remaster than a remix, took the drum loops apart and lifted individual samples out of them and recreated the drum lines in a single beatbox, as well as adding a few more variants in there.
Boosted bass, distorted the crap out of the bassline and brought to vocals up. It's a bit longer now too.
Not messed with it half as much as I usually mess with stuff though, the feel and groove is really good, don't fix what's not broken!
@Rob & @Teknobat, I was blown away by Phantom of the Abandoned Building when I heard it on Simon's radio show. I'm currently working on a mix of Rob's arrangement, mainly tweaking eq and adding some automation. If you're both agreeable I'll post up the .caustic file on this thread when I'm done.
Ok here's my version. I made a couple of subtle additions to Rob's arrangement of it, but mainly did eq'ing and effects changes to try and bring out the different machines at various points of the track.
I should check it later. I thought about cyberpunk for a while. Then I figure out that's what I'm partially like. So I shall listen.

O_o It's good. I'm familiar with this style.
Cool groove.... virtual guitar work is well done.
Gritty. Nice journey. There is a distinct lack of bass coming through my subs though.

Reminds me of Velcra. If you've not heard them google them! My Law is an awesome track...
That said, to echo everyone else here, drums and bass are lacking and is massively top heavy like the female cast of baywatch.
This could be a really powerful track though, give it a big bottom... Big bottom... Talk about mud flaps my girls got-em.

Okay, great tune but the mix is really, really odd. Pretty much all mid / treble. No bass bump at all
Will listen to @farley's mix next.

I wonder how many of the younger members understand the Bayswatch reference.
BTW good track.
Is it possible that I could post a file of a "remix of this remix"? I mean can I remix your remix Rob? :P
