I'm not sure Ty has even had time to listen to the latest upgrade, so I won't post it to soundcloud til I get his thoughts on how to wrap it up or any changes. But I'm as impatient as I am immature, so I figured showing my Caustic family couldn't hurt. This style of music is his expertise, not mine, but at least this time I think I'm bringing something to the table. Went ahead and did a couple quick masters, using tracks by Brillz, Bro Safari, and Cult Shit (cause of the vocal part), as visual and audio comparison. I think this one came out the best. Not intended as a finished track, but unless I took it a direction he can't abide, it shouldn't need too much added...maybe a little taken away. The challenge of trap is to NOT add a bunch of layers constantly, and NOT use shit-tons of noticeable fx; which are both monumental challenges for me.. But tell me what you think...
I've got other collabs in the works with other causticians, for the purposes of working out other weaknesses in my craft (or in Ian's case, because we bonded in that multi-page fm input jack request thread), so don't think I've forgotten about anyone...
bumping above my unintentional double post.
