If you're talking audio tracks, Caustic isn't quite there yet...... You can import Wav files upwards of 23 seconds (merged mono for now, stereo wav coming soon) per sample...
If you're talking a Project File from another app or desktop software other than Caustic, then no

Look for an Android app called ReLoop. You may find it useful.
There are others, but it's the one I know.

I like Caustic and Audio Evolution on pc and android. Audio Evolution is kind of like Protools mobile.
