I have a jeff beck strat and i found a cheap zoom processor with usb interface that i used to process the guitar. I recorded the guitar on my tab s 10.5 with audio evolution. But everything else was caustic.
Constructive crits: generally speaking its pretty good, however, its equally pretty boring and plodding. The drums are very unnatural, the piano feels very stiff as in very quantised with the same velocity.
The changes really bring it to life, but only briefly until it falls back into the plod.
That said, if I could play guitar as well as you I'd be chuffed to bits, its really well recorded and as a first hit its fricking impressive.
Play more, and you'll find you can be as expressive with caustic as you are with your guitar.
Thank you. I agree with those critisizms. I actually have a drummer friend that lives 500 miles away from me working on real drums for the piece that will bring it to life more. As for the piano parts i dont play piano but i did put different velocities on each note and turned off quantize and moved notes slightly to add natural effect. Thanks though for taking time to write me.
Just a P.S. i posted the song to youtube with a thank you to caustic. I put the music to some of my photography if anyone wants to check it out. http://youtu.be/JEm64_914r8. Thanks all
Wow this is really nice for your first Caustic track..... Pseudo audio tracking. Well done. I would not use "width" on bass and drum channels....
Welcome to SCS, I look forward to hearing more from you here...
Thank you for the compliment. Why shouldnt i use width on bass or drums? P.s. i am in love with caustic.

Nice track... Very division bell... Sounds like a collaboration I have going on, X4. Check it out, always looking good for new people to work with.
The bass and drums centered sound natural. If you use one of Jason kits they are panned correctly anyways.
very nice guitar part and amazing track! Love the Gilmourish sound. What kind of gear did you use for it?
edit: had to listen again, love this track!
Very nice. Yes, Caustic is indeed excellent, the more you use it the more you'll get out of it.

Had to listen again the drive home, it's amazing what talent and 10$ can get ya.
JB strat, good choice! Zoom Ms50g or G3? Nice guitar feeling, by the way.
Thanks for that. Im working on some new pieces now
