I like the theme of dirty ambient but I am worried about the beatbox it kind of kill the warm feeling of the song ,also if the snare pcm was a bit less harsh it would do it .
Anyway good try ! I will try to make it a hybrid style or something. :)
The crackling sound was the bit crusher .
And yes you didnt break anything.
I think I will extend your mix and may be complete it myself.
