As with the first one, this is a not a synth as such but rather a collection of samples loaded into the pcm synth from C3 - B5 (rooted on each white note)
They started as recordings of background noise on a train using the voice recorder on a phone, converted using media.io then cleaned up in Audacity and given a proper mangling in Smack My Batch Up. See my blog post on the joy of sampling for further info.
