Another attempt. I used the AdventureKid n°0086 for both OSC.
Try to play with LFO's. The first one is assigned to OSC2 (for the Doppler effect), the second to phase. Sounds better under C5. I didn't focus to the filter and envelloppe, but it can be copied from my previous B3.
