edit: i noticed that the sample was loaded incorrectly. the file has been replaced for any who downloaded it. the start and end of the intro+loopfwd playback mode have been fixed.
My revision of Alexei Bourdan's One Note Preset PCMsynth, with the sample slots starting at C1 and going in sequence up to B7. Otherwise it's exactly as Alexei made it.
