I was trying to make a nice, fat PWM style synth sound, and I got pretty much the sound I was looking for. However, as a free bonus, I also got a small amount of glitchy type static. It probably won't too noticable in bitcrushed tracks, or songs with a lot going on.
Here's a kit I made from an old Commodore C-64 scene demo. The groove was infectious the way it was originally written, so I couldn't help but try and recreate it in Caustic.
